Equipment

  • Air fryer (Preheat to 300°F (or 280°F for creamy texture))
  • Silicone egg bite mold (Or use silicone muffin cups)
  • Mixing bowl (Medium size)
  • Whisk or fork (For blending egg mixture)
  • Measuring cups & spoons (For precise ingredient portions)
  • Cooking spray (To grease the mold)

Ingredients

  • 6 Large eggs
  • ¼ cup Milk - Use dairy or non-dairy alternatives
  • ½ cup Shredded cheese - Cheddar, gruyere, or your favorite melting cheese
  • Salt & pepper - To taste
  • ¼–½ cup Add-ins - Optional: spinach, bell peppers, bacon, ham, herbs, etc.
  • 2 tablespoon Cottage cheese - Optional, for creamy texture (especially in Starbucks-style versions)

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 300°F (or 280°F for extra creamy texture).
  • Spray silicone egg bite mold with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Crack eggs into a bowl. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and slightly frothy.
  • Stir in cheese, cottage cheese (if using), and your chosen add-ins.
  • Pour egg mixture into silicone mold cavities, filling each about ¾ full.
  • Place mold in air fryer basket. Cook at 300°F for 10–12 minutes (or 280°F for 12–14 minutes).
  • Check doneness—tops should be set with a slight jiggle. Carefully remove and cool slightly.
