  • 2 slices Bread - Sourdough or whole-grain frozen or fresh
  • ½ tablespoon Fresh lemon juice - Keeps avocado bright
  • ½ tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil - Drizzle for richness
  • To taste Flaky sea salt
  • To taste Freshly cracked black pepper

Method
 

  1. Toast frozen or fresh bread until golden and crisp.

  2. Slice, pit, and scoop avocado into bowl; add lemon juice.

  3. Mash avocado chunky with fork; stir in salt and pepper.
