Instructions

  • Roll lemons on the counter to release juice, cut, and juice until you have 1 cup fresh lemon juice.
  • In a pitcher, combine lemon juice with 1 cup of sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • Add 4 cups cold water and stir well.
  • Combine 1 cup raspberries and ½ cup water in a small saucepan.
  • Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes until raspberries break down.
  • Strain through a fine mesh strainer to extract all juice.
  • Allow raspberry juice to cool completely.
  • Combine raspberry juice with the lemonade base.
  • Gradually add blue food coloring until desired shade is reached.
  • Stir well for even color distribution.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour blue raspberry lemonade over the ice.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries, lemon slices, and mint sprigs.
