Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Marinade:
  • 1.5 lbs Boneless chicken thighs - Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt - Plain
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice - Fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic - Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger - Grated
  • 1 tablespoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
For the Sauce:
  • 3 tablespoon Butter - Or ghee
  • 1 medium Yellow onion - Finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic - Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger - Grated
  • 1.5 cups Crushed tomatoes - Canned or fresh
  • ½ cup Heavy cream - Or coconut/cashew cream
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper - Optional for heat
Garnish and Serving:
  • 2 tablespoon Butter - Stirred in at the end
  • 1 bunch Fresh cilantro - Chopped for garnish
  • 1 Lime wedges - Optional for brightness

Method
 

  1. Mix chicken with yogurt, spices, and let it rest to tenderize.
