Ingredients

  • 4 Large flour tortillas - 8–10 inch
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken - Shredded or diced
  • 6 Bacon strips - Cooked and crumbled
  • cups Shredded cheese blend - Monterey Jack and cheddar recommended
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing - Store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoon Butter - For pan-frying
  • 2 Green onions - Chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - Optional, chopped
  • Diced tomatoes - Optional
  • Sliced avocado - For serving

Instructions

  • Prep all ingredients.
  • Heat skillet over medium heat.
  • Butter one side of a tortilla and place butter-side down in pan.
  • Spread a thin layer of ranch on tortilla.
  • Add chicken, bacon, cheese, and green onions to one half of the tortilla.
  • Fold tortilla in half.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes.
  • Remove to cutting board, rest for 1 minute, then slice.
