  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar - Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Milk Any kind: - dairy oat, almond
  • 2 Eggs - Or flax eggs
  • 3 tablespoon Melted butter - Or coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract - Optional: almond extract
  • cup Mini chocolate chips - Optional: dark or chopped chocolate
  • 1 Extra cocoa powder - For optional dusting

Method
 

  1. Whisk the flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and sugar together well.
