Method
 

  1. Wash and roughly chop the ginger, squeeze fresh lemon juice, and have your strainer and shot glasses ready.

  2. Blend the ginger with water until smooth, add lemon juice, and blend again.

  3. Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer to extract all the liquid.
