  • 3 large Eggs - Room temperature
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter - Melted and cooled
  • ¼ cup Fresh lemon juice - From about 2 lemons
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon zest - Zest of 2 lemons
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • For the Glaze optional
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest - For garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×9″ pan with parchment
