Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground chicken - Can substitute with ground turkey or beef
  • 1 cup Fresh grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 medium Yellow onion - Diced small
  • 2 cloves Garlic - Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley - Chopped
  • ¼ cup Whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil - For greasing the pan
  • ¼ cup Extra Parmesan - For topping
  • 1-2 tablespoon Butter - For topping dotted

Equipment

  • 1 9x5 loaf pan
  • 1 Big mixing bowl
  • 1 Measuring cups/spoons
  • 1 Sharp knife (For chopping onion and garlic)
  • 1 Cheese grater (For grating Parmesan)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Soak breadcrumbs in milk.
