  • 2 cups Ice cubes - For serving

  • Fresh ginger - Optional kick
  • Honey - Optional sugar substitute

Method
 

  1. Blend blanched, peeled peaches until completely smooth.
  2. Press peach purée through a fine mesh strainer to remove solids.
