  • 3 large Eggs - Room temperature
  • 1 cup Brown sugar - Light or dark packed
  • 4 tablespoon Butter - Melted and cooled
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 ½ cups Pecan halves - Toast first for extra flavor optional

Method
 

  1. Set oven to 350°F and let it fully heat before you start

  2. Whisk eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt together

  3. Lay pecan halves evenly in crust before adding the filling
