  • 8 oz Cream cheese - Room temperature
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves Garlic - Minced
  • 1 cup Sharp white cheddar - Shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese - Grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese - Shredded
  • 4 oz Fresh baby spinach - Wilted and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup Marinated artichoke hearts - Chopped well drained
  • ½ cup Yellow onion - Finely diced and sautéed
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce - Optional to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh black pepper - To taste
  • Sea salt - To taste

Equipment

  • 1 Cast iron skillet (Or any oven‑safe baking dish)
  • 1 Mixing bowl (Large)
  • 1 Clean kitchen towel (For squeezing spinach)
  • 1 Rubber Spatula
  • 1 Baking dish (8×8-inch or similar)

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion, wilt and squeeze spinach, chop artichokes.

  2. Beat cream cheese, stir in sour cream, mayo, garlic.
